We use a variety of tools depending on the training requirement, such as food rewards, toy motivation, and clickers. The use of any tool is first discussed with the owner and is used only to enhance the positive training experience and never to induce fear or pain. We do not use prong collars or shock collars or anything that would induce physical or mental discomfort.
